What Makes A Dad
 

God took the strength of a mountain,
The majesty of a tree,
The warmth of a summer sun,
The calm of a quiet sea,

The generous soul of nature,
The comforting arm of night,
The wisdom of the ages,
The power of the eagle's flight,

The joy of a morning in spring,
The faith of a mustard seed,
The patience of eternity,
The depth of a family need,

Then God combined these qualities,
When there was nothing more to add,
He knew His masterpiece was complete,
And so, He called it ... Dad

Home made cinnamon sticky buns and buttermilk
biscuits will accompany all Brunch items.

Lump Crab Eggs Benedict - Delectable lump crab, poached eggs atop English
muffins, prosciutto ham, rosemary hash browns and fresh hollandaise 14

 

Pain Purdue - French toast topped with banana Foster, fresh strawberries and
hash browns 11

 

"The Classic Eggs Benedict" - Everything except the crab meat 9

 

Fettuccini Carbonara - Fettuccini pasta simmered gently in a garlic-asiago
béchamel sauce with apple wood smoked bacon 10

 

"The Omelet" - Apple wood smoked bacon, prosciutto ham, onion, tomato, oyster mushrooms, fresh mozzarella cheese topped with a spicy marinara sauce and served with hash browns 11

 

Blue Crab Strata - A French style casserole with fresh hollandaise, grilled asparagus and hash browns. A taste sensation! 13

 

Grilled Prime Rib - A tender 9 ounce portion with au jus and fresh grated horseradish crème, garlic mashers and asparagus 12

Seafood Etouffee - Shrimp and crawfish, fresh vegetables simmered in a roux based sauce with fresh herbs and peppers. A Cajun specialty, and ours also. Served with basmati rice 12
