Passion sponsored a booth at the Virginia Culinary Expo on 19 April at the Ted Constant Center. During the event, we had the pleasure of meeting Fabio from this Seasons Top Chef and Emerile Lagasse of Food Network fame. Fabio, a native of Italy had the opportunity to taste for the first time "She Crab Soup", Chef Barner's signature dish. Needless to say, he was not disappointed. |

It was interesting to see Fabio's reaction to Chef Barner's Soup.

Fabio detected (as he said "liquor") in the soup, but was unable to identify it as Sherry.
He thorughly enjoyed the dish, and who knows, maybe She Crab Soup will be soon available at Itallian Bistros |

Anna expertly eluded security and ambushed Emeril as he was exiting from his final performance. He was gracious enough to autograph Chef Barners Chef's Jacket. |

All in all, it was a good day. We met hundreds of fantastic people,
and gave away over 11 gallons of Chef Barner's famous She Crab Soup. |
