Passionate about cooking? Why not sign up for cooking classes instructed by Executive Chef Gary Barner. Offered every other Monday of each month, Passionate about cooking provides for an educational and enjoyable culinary experience for only $40 per person*. Each class is limited to 10 participants and may involve hands on food preparation (for those who wish to don an apron and work along side the Chef), and a masterful education of the foods and methods used in preparation of each course. The forum is open so the Chef will answer any questions posed concerning food preparation techniques, ingredients or presentation. Each completed course will be specially paired with a hand selected wine.
Unable to book a seating? If you find the classes are fully booked, we encourage you to ask to have your name placed on a standby list. In the event of unplanned cancellations, we would be more than happy to offer the open seats to you. We understand the demand for the classes to date has exceed our seating capacity, we will also entertain conducting additional cooking classes for those who can guarantee a at least a seating of four.
