Passionate about cooking?  Why not sign up for cooking classes instructed by Executive Chef Frank Copestick. We held our second month of classes on 14 and 15 July and as with our June classes, a grand time was had by all.  Our participants found it not only informative but tremendously enjoyable.  You can find photos and menus for the 4 course meal that was prepared during our past events here.  

Due to the popularity of the cooking classes, we will continue to schedule additional cooking classes each month.  Each class will be limited to 10 participants and will involve hands on food preparation (for those who wish to don an apron and work along side the Chef), and a masterful education of the foods and methods used in preparation of each course.  The forum is open so the Chef will answer any questions posed concerning food preparation techniques, ingredients or presentation.  Each completed course will be specially paired with a hand selected wine. Our next classes scheduled for 11 and 12 August and 15/16 September.  August classes are nearly fully booked so if your interested, it is recommended to reserve a place now. 

Unable to book a seating?  If you find the classes are fully booked, we encourage you to ask to have your name placed on a standby list. In the event of unplanned cancellations, we would be more than happy to offer the open seats to you.  We are serving normal dinner service during the class so if you weren't able to reserve a seat for the next set of classes, you are welcomed to visit us and observe the class interaction while enjoying dinner. Unable to reserve a seat in an upcoming cooking class?   We understand the demand for the classes to date has exceed our seating capacity, we will also entertain conducting additional cooking classes for those who can guarantee a ten person seating.
