Passionate Cooking

On 16 and 17 June, Passion the Restaurant conducted its first cooking classes conducted by
Executive Chef Frank Copestick. The class was an unqualified success enjoyed by all. 
The class consisted of the preparation of 4 courses, each served with a wine pairing.
