Passionate Cooking

On 14 and 15 July, Passion the Restaurant conducted its second set of cooking classes

conducted by Executive Chef Frank Copestick and Sous Chef Patrick Galiardi. 


The class consisted of the preparation of 4 courses, each served with a wine pairing.
