Passion the Restaurant awarded the 2008 Hampton Roads

October 2008 - Hampton Roads Magazine Stellar Cellar Wine Awards showcase the outstanding restaurants in our region and the wonderful vintages offered. Of the large numbers of restaurants in the region, less than 30 are recognized, and with the exception of River Stone Chophouse, we were the only new restaurant making the final list.
