The Beginning
Opening a restaurant starts with finding a location. We had only
one prerequisite and that was the site would be located in the Great
Bridge/Greenbrier section of Chesapeake. We engaged the commercial
realtor GVA Advantis to assist in identifying potential restaurant
sites. After several weeks and seven locations, we decided on the
Shoppe’s at Greenbrier. The two units we chose had been previously
Coastal Vision and travel agency.
