Mission, Vision Passion
will bring major change to the City of Chesapeake, offering its
residents a trendy, cozy medium sized upscale restaurant, featuring
the highest quality food, wines and service. In a city dominated
by fast food and chain restaurants, Passion’s goal is to
provide it’s customers an affordable yet unforgettable and
pleasurable dining experience.
Passion’s menu is based on the concept of Terroir, by providing
seasonal, regional and local foods prepared using a “French
Technique” in an American style. Terroir, a French term
associated with wine, coffee and tea, is used to denote the special
characteristics that geography bestowed upon them. It can be very
loosely translated as "a sense of place" which is embodied
in certain qualities, and the sum of the effects that the local
environment has had on the manufacture of the product. Passion’s
Terroir will be its local farmers and fishermen marketing products
commonplace to this geographical region.
Passion, as an upscale restaurant and in addition to its menu,
will be recognized for its unique and elegant atmosphere, innovative
food and drink education, and most importantly, superb service.
An exquisite dining experience is not just achieved through the
quality of its menu; it requires a wait staff that possesses a
thorough knowledge of its menu, its ingredients and preparation
methods, complimented with the perfect wine to ensure that our
guests receive unparalleled and uncompromising service. The restaurant
